AN ACT INCREASING FUNDING FOR PUBLIC SCHOOLS, MAGNET
SCHOOLS AND CHARTER SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
1 That subdivision (9) of section 10-262f of the general statutes be
2 amended to increase the foundation amount for purposes of the
3 equalization aid grant, choice grant and charter school grant.
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure equitable and adequate funding for schools across the state.
