Subdivision (3) of subsection (c) of section 9 of public act2 12-189, as amended by section 102 of public act 13-239, section 212 of3 public act 15-1 of the June special session and section 157 of public act4 16-4 of the May special session, is amended to read as follows (Effective5 July 1, 2026):6(3) For the Department of Housing: Grant-in-aid to the Connecticut7 Housing Finance Authority for the purposes of sections 8-265cc to 8-8 265ii, inclusive, and section 8-265kk of the general statutes, and to9 capitalize down payment assistance issued under the homeownership10 loan program established pursuant to sections 8-283 to 8-289, inclusive,11 of the general statutes, not exceeding $38,000,000.This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the followingsections:Section 1 July 1, 2026 PA 12-189, Sec. 9(c)(3)Statement of Legislative Commissioners:The title was changed.LCO 1202 1 of 2Substitute Bill No. 5162HSG Joint FavorableLCO 1202 2 of 2
