AN ACT INCREASING FUNDING FOR CERTAIN TRANSITION
SERVICES OFFERED TO STUDENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
1 That the general statutes be amended to appropriate one hundred
2 fifty thousand dollars to the Department of Developmental Services to
3 acquire software licenses to share with local and regional boards of
4 education for the purpose of increasing transition services to students
5 as part of Project SEARCH administered by the department.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the availability of transition services for students under
Project SEARCH.
