AN ACT CONCERNING THE FULL FUNDING OF THE SPECIAL
EDUCATION AND EXPANSION DEVELOPMENT GRANT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
1 That section 10-76ggg of the general statutes be amended to fully
2 fund the special education and expansion development grant for the
3 fiscal year ending June 30, 2027.
Statement of Purpose:
To fully fund the special education and expansion development grant.
