2An act relating to trust funds of the State Courts
3System; terminating the Mediation and Arbitration
4Trust Fund; providing for the disposition of balances
5in and revenues of the trust fund; prescribing
6procedures for the termination of the trust fund;
7providing an effective date.

9    Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11Section 1.       (1)     The Mediation and Arbitration Trust Fund
12within the State Courts System, FLAIR number 22-2-213, is
13terminated.
14(2)     All current balances remaining in, and all revenues
15of, the trust fund shall be transferred to the State Courts
16Revenue Trust Fund.
17(3)     The State Courts Revenue Trust Fund shall be used to
18pay any outstanding debts or obligations of the terminated fund
19as soon as practicable, and the Chief Financial Officer shall
20close out and remove the trust fund from the various state
21accounting and financial systems, using generally accepted
22accounting principles concerning assets, liabilities, and
23warrants outstanding.
24Section 2.       This act shall take effect July 1, 2026.
