        The committee on Senate Bills in the Third Reading to whom was referred the Senate
Bill clarifying call firefighter rights (Senate, No. 1915); reports, recommending that the same be
amended as follows, and that, when so amended, it will be correctly drawn:-- by substituting a
new draft with the same title (Senate, No. 2960).

    An Act clarifying call firefighter rights.
  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
    of the same, as follows:
1  Section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is
2   hereby amended by striking out, in lines 494 and 508, the word “the” and inserting in place
3   thereof, in each instance, the following word:- any.
