A house RESOLUTION
TO AUTHORIZE AMERICAN LEGION
AUXILIARY PALMETTO GIRLS STATE TO USE THE CHAMBER OF THE SOUTH CAROLINA HOUSE
OF REPRESENTATIVES ON FRIDAY, JUNE 12, 2026.
Be it resolved by the House of
Representatives:
That American Legion Auxiliary Palmetto Girls State is authorized to
use the chamber of the House of Representatives on Friday, June 12, 2026, from
1:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m., for its annual legislative activity unless the House
is in statewide session or the chamber is otherwise unavailable.
Be it further resolved that the State House security officers shall
provide assistance and access as necessary for this meeting in accordance with
previous procedures.
Be it further resolved that no charges may be made for the use of the
House of Representatives' chamber by American Legion Auxiliary Palmetto Girls
State on this date.
