In Colorado Revised Statutes, 24-34-104, amend(27)(a)(XV); and add (38)(a)(II) as follows:24-34-104. General assembly review of regulatory agencies andfunctions for repeal, continuation, or reestablishment - legislativedeclaration - repeal.(27) (a) The following agencies, functions, or both, are scheduledfor repeal on September 1, 2026:________Capital letters or bold & italic numbers indicate new material added to existing law; dashesthrough words or numbers indicate deletions from existing law and such material is not part ofthe act.(XV) The regulation of dialysis treatment clinics and hemodialysistechnicians in accordance with section 25-1.5-108;(38) (a) The following agencies, functions, or both, are scheduledfor repeal on September 1, 2037:(II)THE REGULATION OF DIALYSIS TREATMENT CLINICS ANDHEMODIALYSIS TECHNICIANS IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 25-1.5-108.SECTION 2. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 25-1.5-108, amend (6)as follows:25-1.5-108. Regulation of dialysis treatment clinics - training forhemodialysis technicians - state board of health rules - definitions -repeal.(6) This section is repealed, effective September 1, 2026SEPTEMBER 1, 2037. Before the repeal, this section is scheduled for reviewin accordance with section 24-34-104.SECTION 3. Act subject to petition - effective date.
