An act to amend Section 1250.6 of the Health and Safety Code, relating to health facilities.

Health facilities: limited liability companies.
Existing law provides for the licensure and regulation of health facilities by the State Department of Public Health. Existing law specifies that a requirement placed on, or in reference to, a corporation in the provisions regulating health facilities also applies to a limited liability company.
This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to this provision.
The people of the State of California do enact as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 1250.6 of the
Health and Safety Code
is amended to read:
1250.6.
A requirement placed upon, or reference to, a corporation in this chapter also applies to a limited liability company.
