BY REPRESENTATIVE LAFLEUR
AN ACT
To amend and reenact R.S. 13:842.4(D), relative to the establishment of the Complex
Litigation Section Program in the Nineteenth Judicial District Court; to extend the
termination date of the program; and to provide for related matters.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
Section 1. R.S. 13:842.4(D) is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:
§842.4. Complex Litigation Section Pilot Program; filing fees; Nineteenth Judicial
District Court

D. The pilot program authorized by this Section shall be effective for a period
of two years, unless extended by the legislature terminate on July 31, 2028.
