                                            AN ACT
 To amend chapter 21, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to educational
       materials created by the general assembly.
 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
         Section A. Chapter 21, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be
2 known as section 21.1070, to read as follows:
         21.1070. 1. The general assembly shall create educational materials for use in
2 educating children about the legislative process in Missouri and how such process is
3 shaped by the United States Constitution, the Constitution of Missouri, and federal and
4 state law.
52. Educational materials under subsection 1 of this section may include, but shall
6 not be limited to, real world experiences, publications, reasonable accommodations for
7 place-based learning, opportunities for civic engagement, and digital resources.
