scr209/enrolled.txt83rd OREGON LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY--2026 Regular SessionEnrolledSenate Concurrent Resolution 209Sponsored by Senator WAGNER; Senator MANNING JRBe It Resolved by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Oregon:(1) This resolution constitutes a rule of proceeding of the Senate and the House of Represen-tatives of the Eighty-third Legislative Assembly.(2) All requests to prepare drafts of measures must be accompanied by a brief summary of theproblem sought to be addressed, the proposed solution to the problem and any other relevant infor-mation about the proposed measure.(3) The Senate and the House of Representatives shall adhere to the following schedule anddeadlines for presession-filed measures for the 2027 regular session of the Eighty-fourth LegislativeAssembly:(a) Members and committees shall submit requests for drafts of measures to be presession filedto the Office of the Legislative Counsel no later than 5 p.m. on September 11, 2026.(b) The Office of the Legislative Counsel shall deliver drafts of measures to be presession filedto requesters no later than 5 p.m. on December 1, 2026.(c) Requesters shall submit drafts of measures to be presession filed for introduction to theSenate Desk or the House Desk no later than 5 p.m. on December 11, 2026.(4) The President of the Senate, the House Interim Committee on Rules and the Joint InterimCommittee on Ways and Means are not subject to the deadlines described in subsection (3) of thisresolution.Adopted by Senate March 6, 2026Obadiah Rutledge, Secretary of SenateRob Wagner, President of SenateAdopted by House March 6, 2026Julie Fahey, Speaker of HouseEnrolled Senate Concurrent Resolution 209 (SCR 209-INTRO) Page 1
