Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq. ).(b)Monetary threshold definedIn this section, the term monetary threshold means any fixed dollar amount requirement that conditions, delays, or requires additional approval for the obligation or disbursement of funds.
