RES. 113  IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES   March 5, 2026   Ms. Warren  (for herself and  Mr. Whitehouse ) introduced the following joint resolution; which was read twice and referred to the  Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs    JOINT RESOLUTION
Providing congressional disapproval under  chapter 8  of title 5, United
  States Code, of the rule submitted by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency
  relating to  Rescission of Principles for Climate-Related Financial Risk
  Management for Large Financial Institutions .
That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency relating to  Rescission of Principles for Climate-Related Financial Risk Management for Large Financial Institutions  (90 Fed. Reg. 51756 (November 18, 2025)), and such rule shall have no force or effect.
