8 Statement of purpose of bill as introduced: This bill proposes to prohibit the
9 extension of an isolation distance for a potable water supply or wastewater
10 system onto the property of a person other than the permittee unless the
11 permittee compensates the neighboring property owner for the use of the
12 property and restrictions on the property.
13    An act relating to the extension of isolation distances of potable water
14    supplies and wastewater systems onto neighboring property
15 It is hereby enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Vermont:
