1.3overnight; amending Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 97C.355, subdivision 7a.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 97C.355, subdivision 7a, is amended to read:
1.6Subd. 7a. Houses left overnight. A fish house, dark house, or shelter left on the ice
1.7overnight must be marked with reflective material on each side of the structure. The reflective
1.8material must measure a total area of no less than two 144 square inches and be visible on
1.9each side of the structure.
