1.2relating to economic development; transferring money for the emerging
1.3entrepreneur loan program.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5Section 1. TRANSFER; EMERGING ENTREPRENEUR LOAN PROGRAM.
1.6$2,000,000 in fiscal year 2027 is transferred from the general fund to the emerging
1.7entrepreneur program special revenue fund account under Minnesota Statutes, section
1.8116M.18. The commissioner of employment and economic development may use up to
1.9four percent of this transfer for administration and monitoring of the program. This is a
1.10onetime transfer.
