1     BE IT RESOLVED, By the Senate of the State of Washington, the
2 House   of   Representatives   concurring,   That immediately   before
3 adjournment SINE DIE of this 2026 Regular Session of the Sixty-ninth
4 Legislature:
5     (1) The Senate shall transmit to the House of Representatives all
6 House bills, House joint resolutions, House concurrent resolutions,
7 and House joint memorials in its possession that have not been passed
8 by the Senate, and upon receipt by the House of Representatives of
9 such measures they shall be assigned to the House Rules Committee for
10 third reading; and
11     (2) The House of Representatives shall transmit to the Senate all
12 Senate    bills,   Senate    joint   resolutions,  Senate   concurrent
13 resolutions, and Senate joint memorials in its possession that have
14 not been passed by the House of Representatives, and upon receipt by
15 the Senate of such measures they shall be assigned to the Senate
16 Rules Committee for third reading; and
17     BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Secretary of the Senate and the
18 Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives shall retain in their
19 possession and in the status that exists upon the adjournment SINE
20 DIE of the 2026 Regular Session of the Sixty-ninth Legislature, all
21 legislative   measures   including   all   bills, joint   resolutions,
22 concurrent resolutions, and joint memorials that may at that time be

1 in their respective houses and all records, journals, dockets, and
2 other documents pertaining thereto; and
3     BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all measures introduced at any
4 special session of the Sixty-ninth Legislature shall be numbered as a
5 continuation of the numbers assigned to measures of the 2026 Regular
6 Session of the Sixty-ninth Legislature.
