RESOLVED by the Senate of Virginia, That the following persons are hereby nominated to be elected to the respective circuit court judgeships as follows:
The Honorable Robert L. Foley, of Norfolk, as a judge of the Fourth Judicial Circuit for a term of eight years commencing April 16, 2026.
The Honorable Calvin S. Spencer, Jr., of Lunenburg, as a judge of the Tenth Judicial Circuit for a term of eight years commencing July 1, 2026.
The Honorable Curtis M. Hairston, Jr., of Chesterfield, as a judge of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for a term of eight years commencing July 1, 2026.
The Honorable Stephanie B. Vipperman, of Patrick, as a judge of the Twenty-first Judicial Circuit for a term of eight years commencing May 1, 2026.
The Honorable Greg T. Haymore, of Pittsylvania, as a judge of the Twenty-second Judicial Circuit for a term of eight years commencing May 1, 2026.
William Wesley Nance, Esquire, of Bedford, as a judge of the Twenty-fourth Judicial Circuit for a term of eight years commencing April 1, 2026.
