[268B.101] EMPLOYEE OPT-OUT.1.7An employee may opt out of participation in the family or medical benefit program1.8under this chapter by submitting a form to the commissioner electing to opt out of1.9participation. The commissioner must create and make available in hard copy and online a1.10form for employees subject to this chapter to use in opting out of participation in either the1.11family or medical benefit program, or both programs.1.12EFFECTIVE DATE. This section is effective the day following final enactment.Section 1. 1
