 RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF RICHARD H.
 KOSINSKI OF OXFORD TO BE REAPPOINTED A MEMBER OF THE
 STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION ARBITRATION PANEL.
 Resolved by this Assembly:
1  That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Richard H.
2      Kosinski of Oxford, to be reappointed a member of the State Department
3      of Education Arbitration Panel, as a neutral arbitrator, to serve a term
4      ending June 30, 2029, or until a successor is appointed and has qualified,
5      whichever is longer, is hereby approved and confirmed.
