 RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF GLENN POWELL
 OF COLLINSVILLE TO BE REAPPOINTED A MEMBER OF THE STATE
 DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION ARBITRATION PANEL.
 Resolved by this Assembly:
1  That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Glenn
2      Powell of Collinsville, to be reappointed a member of the State
3      Department of Education Arbitration Panel, as a neutral arbitrator, to
4      serve a term ending June 30, 2028, or until a successor is appointed and
5      has qualified, whichever is longer, is hereby approved and confirmed.
