Sec. 1. Authority to report out legislation. Resolved: That the joint standing
committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over transportation matters is authorized
to report out legislation to the 133rd Legislature in 2027 based on recommendations in the
report submitted to the Joint Standing Committee on Transportation in 2026 pursuant to
Resolve 2025, chapter 77.
