1      Sec. 1. Authority to report out legislation. Resolved: That the joint standing
2 committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction over transportation matters is authorized
3 to report out legislation to the 133rd Legislature in 2027 based on recommendations in the
4 report submitted to the Joint Standing Committee on Transportation in 2026 pursuant to
5 Resolve 2025, chapter 77.
6SUMMARY
7      This bill is reported out by the Joint Standing Committee on Transportation pursuant
8  to Resolve 2025, chapter 77.
9     The bill authorizes the joint standing committee of the Legislature having jurisdiction
10 over transportation matters to report out legislation to the 133rd Legislature in 2027 based
11 on recommendations in the report submitted to the Joint Standing Committee on
12 Transportation in 2026 pursuant to Resolve 2025, chapter 77.
