lr483/introduced.txtLR483 LR4832026 2026ONE HUNDRED NINTH LEGISLATURESECOND SESSIONLEGISLATIVE RESOLUTION 483Introduced by Sanders, 45.WHEREAS, Wilson Munsterman from Omaha, Nebraska, is an adoptee from Chinaand wrote his book "Marked by Adoption" to explain the challenges andperspectives of adopted children using his own experience; andWHEREAS, the writing of "Marked by Adoption" began while Wilson was astudent at Creighton University where he studied Business Administration; andWHEREAS, "Marked by Adoption" reached number one new release status onAmazon, earned placement in the collection of the Library of Congress, joinedthe shelves of Creighton University's Reinert-Alumni Memorial Library, has beenadded to adoption agency reading lists, was featured by The Adoption MedicineClinic at the University of Minnesota, and received recognition from GovernorJim Pillen; andWHEREAS, Wilson's perspective has added helpful insight to the inner livesof adopted children and has allowed new adoptive parents to understand thechallenges their children may face throughout their lives.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MEMBERS OF THE ONE HUNDRED NINTHLEGISLATURE OF NEBRASKA, SECOND SESSION:1.
