1AN ACT
2  RELATING TO THE APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND WELFARE; AP-
3      PROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONEYS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND WELFARE
4      FOR THE DIVISION OF WELFARE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2027; REDUCING THE APPROPRI-
5      ATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND WELFARE FOR THE DIVISION OF WEL-
6      FARE FOR FISCAL YEAR 2027; AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND PROVIDING AN
7      EFFECTIVE DATE.
8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Idaho:
9      SECTION 1. In addition to any other appropriation provided by law,
10 there is hereby appropriated to the Department of Health and Welfare for the
11 Division of Welfare the following amounts to be expended according to the
12 designated programs and expense classes from the listed funds for the period
13 July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027:

30     SECTION 2. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary,
31 the appropriation made to the Department of Health and Welfare for the Di-
32 vision of Welfare is hereby reduced by the following amounts from the des-
33 ignated programs and expense classes from the Cooperative Welfare (Federal)
34 Fund for the period July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027:
