1A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Misdee Wrigley Miller to the
2 Kentucky Film Leadership Council.
3WHEREAS, on July 1, 2025, in accordance with KRS 154.12-282 and by virtue of
4 Executive Order 2025-386, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Misdee Wrigley Miller to
5 the Kentucky Film Leadership Council for a term expiring June 30, 2027; and
6WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and
7WHEREAS, Misdee Wrigley Miller has been determined to meet the requirements
8 of KRS 154.12-282, representing film production companies;
9NOW, THEREFORE,
10 Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of
11 Kentucky:
12Section 1.       The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Misdee Wrigley
13 Miller to the Kentucky Film Leadership Council.
14Section 2.       The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and
15 notification of its adoption to Misdee Wrigley Miller of Paris, Bourbon County,
16 Kentucky, and to Governor Andy Beshear, 703 Capital Avenue, Room 133, Frankfort,
17 Kentucky, 40601.
