PERSAUD -- read twice and ordered printed, and whenprinted to be committed to the Committee on Cities 1AN ACT to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, inrelation to creating a publicly available list of persons who havebeen convicted of illegal dumpingTHE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:Section 1. Section 16-119 of the administrative code of the city ofNew York is amended by adding a new subdivision i to read as follows:I. THE COMMISSIONER SHALL ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A REGISTRY OF ALLCONVICTIONS OF A VIOLATION OF THIS SECTION FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS.SUCH REGISTRY SHALL BE PUBLISHED ON THE DEPARTMENT'S PUBLIC FACINGWEBSITE AND SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:A. THE NAME OF THE PERSON OR ENTITY CONVICTED.B. THE NATURE OF THE VIOLATION OF WHICH THE PERSON OR ENTITY WASCONVICTED.C. THE PENALTY IMPOSED.§ 2.
