4 HJR___ NAMING A PORTION OF TALLADEGA COUNTY ROAD 047 IN
5 TALLADEGA COUNTY MUNFORD BOULEVARD.

7WHEREAS, this body humbly requests that the
8 Department of Transportation designate the portion of
9 Talladega County Road 047 from its intersection with Highway
10 21 to its intersection with Jennifer Road in Talladega
11 County Munford Boulevard; now therefore,
12BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA, BOTH
13 HOUSES THEREOF CONCURRING, That the Department of
14 Transportation is encouraged to coordinate with local
15 governing officials to consider naming the portion of
16 Talladega County Road 047 from its intersection with Highway
17 21 to its intersection with Jennifer Road in Talladega
18 County Munford Boulevard, and to erect several appropriate
19 signs or markers along the route, with consideration to
20 fiscal responsibility, consistent with applicable
21 requirements and laws, in recognition of this designation.
