SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION No. 1626
A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION relating to the adjournment sine die of the Senate and
the House of Representatives during the 2026 regular session of the Legislature.
Be it resolved by the Senate of the State of Kansas, the House of Representatives
concurring therein: That the Legislature shall adjourn sine die at the close of business of
the daily session convened on April 10, 2026; and
Be it further resolved: That the members of the Legislature attending a meeting of
the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules and Regulations and the Education
Funding Task Force held in April 2026 shall receive compensation, travel expenses and
subsistence allowances as provided by law, notwithstanding the provisions of section 26 of
2026 House Bill No. 2513.
