 RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF CAMPBELL
 BARRETT, ESQUIRE, OF DURHAM TO BE A JUDGE OF THE
 SUPERIOR COURT.
 Resolved by this Assembly:
1That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Campbell
2    Barrett, Esquire, of Durham to be a Judge of the Superior Court, to serve
3    for a term of eight years from the date of confirmation by both Houses,
4    in succession to the Honorable Michael P. Kamp, is approved and
5    confirmed, and he is appointed a Judge of the Superior Court for said
6    term.
