 RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF SEAN P.
 MCGUINNESS, ESQUIRE, OF NORWALK TO BE A JUDGE OF THE
 SUPERIOR COURT.
 Resolved by this Assembly:
1That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Sean P.
2    McGuinness, Esquire, of Norwalk to be a Judge of the Superior Court,
3    to serve for a term of eight years from the date of confirmation by both
4    Houses, in succession to the Honorable Theodore R. Tyma, is approved
5    and confirmed, and he is appointed a Judge of the Superior Court for
6    said term.
