NotwithstandingSections 1-11-58 and 25-1-1660 of the S.C. Code, the Department ofAdministration, the State Fiscal Accountability Authority, or the appropriateagency, is directed to transfer ownership of the National Guard Armory locatedat 1119 SC-34 in Dillon County, South Carolina, to the City of Dillon.SECTION 2. NotwithstandingSections 1-11-58 and 25-1-1660 of the S.C. Code, the Department ofAdministration, the State Fiscal Accountability Authority, or the appropriateagency, is directed to transfer ownership of the National Guard Armory locatedat 620 John G. Rose Drive in Timmonsville, South Carolina, to the City ofTimmonsville.SECTION 3. NotwithstandingSections 1-11-58 and 25-1-1660 of the S.C. Code, the Department ofAdministration, the State Fiscal Accountability Authority, or the appropriateagency, is directed to transfer ownership of the National Guard Armory locatedat 10233 Marlboro Avenue, Barnwell, South Carolina, to Barnwell County.SECTION 4.
