1.1A bill for an act
1.2relating to transportation; appropriating money for interchange improvements at
1.3marked Trunk Highway 65 and Bunker Lake Boulevard Northeast in the city of
1.4Ham Lake.
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6Section 1. ANOKA COUNTY AND CITY OF HAM LAKE; MARKED TRUNK
1.7HIGHWAY 65.
1.8$16,500,000 in fiscal year 2027 is appropriated from the trunk highway fund to the
1.9commissioner of transportation for preliminary engineering, environmental documentation,
1.10final design, right-of-way acquisition, and construction of intersection improvements along
1.11marked Trunk Highway 65 at Anoka County State-Aid Highway 116, also known as Bunker
1.12Lake Boulevard Northeast, and associated frontage roads and backage roads within the
1.13trunk highway system. This is a onetime appropriation and is available until June 30, 2031.
