Morton, founder of12 the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International movement, as one (1)13 of the twelve (12) founding fathers of the movement; and1415 WHEREAS, Bishop Robinson was the senior pastor of Antioch Full Gospel16 Baptist Church in Little Rock, Arkansas, and was a member of the Full Gospel17 Baptist Church Fellowship International Council of Bishops, on which he18 served as the Northeast Central Regional Bishop, tending to parts of New19 York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Arkansas; and2021 WHEREAS, in February of 2026, Bishop Robinson celebrated fifty (50)22 years of ministry; and2324 WHEREAS, Bishop Robinson was the longtime host of Power Praise Gospel25 on KIPR 92.3 FM, the leader of the musical group "Bishop Kenneth Robinson &26 Chosen", and the founder and president of Robinson Mortuary; and2728 WHEREAS, Bishop Robinson was the visionary behind the Bishop Kenneth L.29 Robinson Music Convention, a board member of the Gospel Music Workshop of30 America, and Chairman of the Gospel Music Workshop of America Quartet31 Division; and3233 WHEREAS, Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott Jr. said of Bishop Robinson's34 passing that, "...[Bishop Robinson was] a visionary pastor, adept35 entrepreneur, gifted musician, and one of the founding fathers of the Full36 Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International.
