1.1A bill for an act
1.2relating to capital investment; modifying a prior appropriation for Thompson
1.3County Park in Dakota County; amending Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, section
1.411, subdivision 9.
1.5    BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6Section 1. Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, section 11, subdivision 9, is amended to read:
1.7    Subd. 9. Dakota County; Thompson Park  2,000,000
1.8    For a grant to Dakota County for design and
1.9    construction of Thompson County Park Master
1.10   Plan improvements, which may include a land
1.11   bridge over Highway 52, a pollinator
1.12   promenade, a sensory garden, restoration of
1.13   historical stream corridor, farmstead
1.14   interpretation, Dakota Lodge renovations, a
1.15   sound wall, a greenway rest area with picnic
1.16   shelter, and a sledding hill.
