    An Act relative to a certain property in the city of Lowell.
  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
    of the same, as follows:
1  SECTION 1. Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2002 is hereby amended in Section 1 by striking
2   the words "for the purposes set forth in Section 2" following the word, "appropriate".
3  SECTION 2. Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2002 is hereby further amended by striking Section
4   2 in its entirety.
5  SECTION 3. Chapter 9 of the Acts of 2002 is hereby further amended by striking Section
6   6 in its entirety.
7  SECTION 4. This act shall take effect upon passage.
