In Colorado Revised Statutes, 23-64-104, amend(l)(q); and add (l)(s) and (l)(t) as follows:23-64-104. Exemptions.( 1) The following educational institutions and educational servicesare exempt from this article 64:(q) Training of guides, trip leaders, and guide instructors by riveroutfitters licensed pursuant to section 33-32-104; andCapital letters or bold & italic numbers indicate new material added to existing law; dashesthrough words or numbers indicate deletions from existing law and such material is not part ofthe act.(s) PILATES TEACHER TRAINING COURSES, PROGRAMS, AND SCHOOLS;AND(t) BARRE TEACHER TRAINING COURSES, PROGRAMS, AND SCHOOLS.SECTION 2. Act subject to petition - effective date.
