APPROPRIATION; TWIN CITIES PUBLIC TELEVISION.1.6$5,000,000 in fiscal year 2027 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner1.7 of employment and economic development for a grant to Twin Cities Public Television to1.8 lease property in the city of St. Louis Park and to predesign, design, construct, furnish, and1.9 equip space to operate an interactive, immersive, multimedia experience museum to be1.10 located in the city of St. Louis Park. This appropriation is available when the commissioner1.11 of management and budget determines that $5,000,000 of nonstate funds have been1.12 committed to complete the project. This appropriation is onetime and is available until the1.13 project is completed or abandoned, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.Section 1. 1
