[CORR26-01] OMITTED EFFECTIVE DATE; SUPREME COURT1.7 COUNCIL ON CHILD PROTECTION.1.8Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, Laws 2024, chapter 115, article 22,1.9 section 6, as amended by 2026 H.F. No. 3875, section 7, if enacted, is effective June 15,1.10 2026.1.11EFFECTIVE DATE. This section is effective the day following final enactment.1.12Sec. 2. [CORR26-03] Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 204C.26, subdivision 2, as amended1.13 by 2026 H.F. No. 4240, section 7, if enacted, is amended to read:1.14Subd. 2. Summary statements; contents. (a) The blank summary statement forms1.15 furnished to each precinct shall identify the precinct, ward number if any, city, school district1.16 if applicable, or town, date, and kind of election and, under appropriate headings identifying,1.17 shall contain spaces for the election judges to enter the information required by section1.18 204C.24, subdivision 1.1.19(b) Each blank summary statement form shall also contain a certificate to be signed by1.20 the election judges stating that the national flag was displayed on a suitable staff during1.21 voting hours; that all of the ballots cast were properly piled, checked, and counted; and thatSec. 2. 1SF5200 REVISOR SS S5200-1 1st Engrossment2.1 the numbers entered by the election judges on the summary statements correctly show the2.2 number of votes cast for each candidate and for and against each question.2.3 Sec. 3.
