7AS INTRODUCED
8A Joint Resolution approving certain Long-Range
          Capital Planning Commission proposed major rule
9changes; and directing distribution.

12WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 308 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma
13 Statutes, the Oklahoma State Legislature shall adopt a separate
14 joint resolution to approve or disapprove major rules.
15NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
16 AND THE SENATE OF THE 2ND SESSION OF THE 60TH OKLAHOMA LEGISLATURE:
17SECTION 1.   The Legislature hereby approves the following
18 proposed major rule changes submitted by the Long-Range Capital
19 Planning Commission on or before February 1, 2026:     OAC 428:15-1-1;
20 428:15-1-2; 428:15-1-3; 428:15-3-1; 428:15-3-2; 428:15-3-3; 428:15-
21 3-7; 428:15-3-8; 428:15-3-9; 428:15-3-10; 428:15-3-11; and 428:15-3-
22 12.

1      SECTION 2.   The Oklahoma Secretary of State is hereby directed
2  to distribute copies of this resolution to the Governor and the
3  editor of "The Oklahoma Register".
