HJR___ COMMITTEE APPOINTED TO NOTIFY GOVERNOR THAT THE
LEGISLATURE IS IN SPECIAL SESSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA, BOTH
HOUSES THEREOF CONCURRING, That a committee of six members,
consisting of three members of the House to be named by the
Speaker of the House, and three members of the Senate to be
named by the Presiding Officer of the Senate, be appointed
to notify the Governor that the Legislature is now in
special session and ready for the transaction of business.
