2An act relating to collective bargaining; providing
3for resolution in accordance with certain personnel
4rules of collective bargaining issues at impasse
5between the state and certified representatives of the
6bargaining units for state employees; maintaining
7language of a specified collective bargaining
8agreement; providing an effective date.

10Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

12Section 1.  All mandatory collective bargaining issues at
13impasse for the 2026-2027 fiscal year between the State of
14Florida and the certified representatives of the bargaining
15units for state employees which are not addressed by the General
16Appropriations Act shall be resolved in accordance with the
17personnel rules in effect on May 26, 2026, and by otherwise
18maintaining the status quo under the language of the applicable
19current collective bargaining agreement.
20Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2026.
