All mandatory collective bargaining issues at13impasse for the 2026-2027 fiscal year between the State of14Florida and the certified representatives of the bargaining15units for state employees which are not addressed by the General16Appropriations Act shall be resolved in accordance with the17personnel rules in effect on May 26, 2026, and by otherwise18maintaining the status quo under the language of the applicable19current collective bargaining agreement.20Section 2.
