    By Representative Kassner of Hamilton and Senator Tarr, a joint petition (accompanied by bill,
    House, No. 5432) of Kristin E. Kassner and Bruce E. Tarr (by vote of the town) for legislation to
    restrict the use of second generation anticoagulant rodenticides in the town of Newbury.

    An Act to restrict the use of second generation anticoagulant rodenticides in Newbury.
  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
    of the same, as follows:
1  SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the town of
2   Newbury may adopt a bylaw restricting the use of second generation anticoagulant rodenticides
3   on private property in the town of Newbury.
4  SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
