Section 2 of chapter 890 of the laws of 1982, relating to2 the establishment of certain water charges for hospitals and charities3 in New York city, as amended by chapter 247 of the laws of 2024, is4 amended to read as follows:5 § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall remain in full6 force and effect only until September 1, [2026] 2028.7 § 2.
