    An Act relative to amending the Traffic Commission in the city of Westfield.
  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
    of the same, as follows:
1  SECTION 1. Chapter 62 of the acts of 2004 is hereby amended by striking out, in section
2   1, the words “the city engineer” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- the city
3   engineer or designee.
4  SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
