WEBB -- read twice and ordered printed, and whenprinted to be committed to the Committee on Environmental ConservationAN ACT to amend chapter 152 of the laws of 2020 amending the environ-mental conservation law relating to authorizing hunting big game byrifle in the county of Tompkins, in relation to extending the effec-tiveness thereofThe People of the State of New York, represented in Senate and Assem-bly, do enact as follows:1 Section 1. Subdivision d of section 5 of chapter 152 of the laws of2 2020 amending the environmental conservation law relating to authorizing3 hunting big game by rifle in the county of Tompkins, as amended by chap-4 ter 289 of the laws of 2024, is amended to read as follows:5 d. nothing contained in this act shall be construed so as to extend6 the provisions of this act beyond October 1, [2026] 2028, when upon such7 date this act shall expire and the provisions contained herein shall be8 deemed repealed.9 § 2.
