4 Disabilities Employment.
5SECTION 2. Section 15LLLL of said chapter 6, as so appearing, is hereby amended by
6 striking out, in line 2, the word “Autistic” and inserting in place thereof the following word:-

1139  “Person with a disability”, a person with an intellectual or a developmental disability as
1140   defined in section 1 of chapter 123B or who otherwise has a mental or physical disability and, as

1142  SECTION 349. Section 100J of said chapter 276, as so appearing, is hereby amended by
1143   striking out, in line 9, the words “disabled person” and inserting in place thereof the following
