Rental rates; state-ownedbuildings; fiscal year 2026-2027Notwithstanding section 41-792.01, subsection D,Arizona Revised Statutes, in fiscal year 2026-2027, the capital outlaystabilization fund rental rates for state-owned buildings are $17.87 persquare foot for office space and $6.43 per square foot for storage space.Sec. 2. Reporting thesale of state buildings in the governmental mall; fiscal year 2026-2027In fiscal year 2026-2027, withinten days after the sale of real property that is owned by this state and thatis located within the boundaries of the governmental mall described in section41-1362, Arizona Revised Statutes, the department of administration shallsubmit a report to the president of the senate, the speaker of the house ofrepresentatives, and the director of the joint legislative budget committeethat includes all of the following:1. The address of the realproperty.2. The square footage of the realproperty.3. The purchase price of the realproperty.4. The name of the fund in whichthe proceeds from the sale of the real property are being deposited.Sec. 3. Arizona America250 commission commemorative plaque; procedures; delayed repealA. Pursuant to section 41-1363,subsection A, Arizona Revised Statutes, the legislative council is authorizedto provide for the placement in the governmental mall of a commemorative plaquethat recognizes the service of the Arizona America 250 commission and that mayinclude the names of the members who served on the commission and the years ofthe members' service on the commission.B. The proceduresprescribed in section 41-1363, Arizona Revised Statutes, apply to theestablishment of the commemorative plaque.C. Public monies are notauthorized for the costs of the plaque. All fundraising and contracts forartistic design and construction of the plaque are the sole responsibility ofthe proponents.� This state may not facilitate fundraising or establish a statefund for the deposit of the monies.D.
