[Local Approval Received.]The Commonwealth of Massachusetts_______________In the One Hundred and Ninety-Fourth General Court(2025-2026)_______________An Act authorizing the town of Sharon to prohibit the use of second-generation anticoagulants.Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authorityof the same, as follows:1 Notwithstanding Chapter 132B of the General Laws or any other general or special law to2 the contrary, the Town of Sharon may by ordinance prohibit the application of second-generation3 anticoagulant rodenticides within the Town of Sharon, including application of such pesticides4 by licensed commercial applicators as defined in 333 C.M.R. 10.00, except as allowed by the5 Board of Health to remediate a public health condition. This act shall take effect upon its6 passage.1 of 1
