    By Representative Murray of Milford and Senator Fattman, a joint petition (accompanied by bill,
    House, No. 5611) of Brian W. Murray (by vote of the town) that the water and sewer
    commission of the town of Hopedale be authorized to be the appointing authority for all
    employees of the water and sewer department. Municipalities and Regional Government.

    An Act relative to the water and sewer commission of the town of Hopedale.
  Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
    of the same, as follows:
1  Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Water and Sewer
2   Commission of the Town of Hopedale shall be the appointing authority for all employees of the
3   water and sewer department and shall have the authority to appoint, employ, supervise,
4   discipline, and remove such employees.
